ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, is seeking team members for back-of-house roles. You will follow prep lists, prepare dishes to standard recipes, and manage portions while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Able to push, pull, lift up to 90 pounds.
• Willingness to complete ongoing training or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Follow the prep list and production guidelines.
• Prepare a variety of food with proper portions and recipes.
• Use weight scales for accurate portions and labeling.
• Learn Sonny’s BOH terminology, plating, and procedures.
• Navigate kitchen equipment safely and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Assist with restocking and follow health/safety guidelines.
