Job summary

B3W is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to represent our manufacturer partners across the Bay Area and Northern California. You will call on dealers, A&D firms, end users, and workplace professionals to grow our multi-line portfolio.

The role emphasizes driving specification through the design process, launching new products, and building a territory growth plan. Regular local travel is required, with a strong emphasis on relationships and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial furniture or contract interiors sales.
• Established relationships with Bay Area dealers and A&D firms.
• Knowledge of the specification process from concept to order.
• Strong presentation skills, including CEUs and lunch-and-learns.
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable with CRM reporting.

Responsibilities

• Call on dealers, A&D firms, end users, and real estate and workplace professionals.
• Drive specification and support projects through close.
• Launch new products and programs across a multi-line portfolio.
• Build and execute a territory growth plan.
• Represent B3W at industry events and share market intelligence with manufacturers.
