Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven hunter with a track record of generating leads and closing new business.
• Experience selling memberships, subscriptions, or professional services is a plus.
• Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable independently managing a territory.
• Life sciences experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new membership sales through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct prospecting.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the Bay Area.
• Build relationships with founders, executives, and key decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop territory strategies and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Represent the organization at industry events and networking functions.
• Achieve or exceed new membership and revenue goals.
