Apploi is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative in Burlingame, CA. This field-based role focuses on building referral partnerships, expanding the client base, and driving growth through meaningful collaborations with healthcare providers and community organizations.

The ideal candidate enjoys networking, managing a territory, and working independently to meet ambitious targets. A sales/marketing background and a valid driver’s license are required, with healthcare experience

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/marketing or marketing degree.
• Healthcare experience is a plus (not required).
• Valid driver’s license; mileage reimbursed.
• Full-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral sources.
• Generate and close new leads.
• Conduct outreach including cold calling and networking.
• Plan and attend community events.
• Track performance and submit weekly reports.
• Manage your own schedule and territory.
