You will report to the General Manager and lead a team to deliver exceptional catering services across locations. The position emphasizes staff development, interdepartmental collaboration, and alignment with facility operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• TIPs certification required.
• ServSafe certification recommended.
• 4-6 years of experience in managing catering events.
• Ability to supervise food service and clean up.

Responsibilities

• Work with regional Catering Directors and Service Managers to ensure events meet company and client standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer service for each event.
• Interview, hire, train, and schedule staff within local staffing pool.
• Conduct orientation for Catering Directors/Managers on company standards.
• Handle employee relations issues in partnership with the team.
• Provide coaching and follow-up training per company policies.
• Support staffing budgets and financial accountability for service.
