Compass Group USA's Canteen seeks a highly organized Catering Director to lead a premier catering program at two campus café locations, with a strong emphasis on executive-level events and collaboration with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless execution. It reports to the Food & Beverage Director and supports daily café operations when catering activity is light.

The ideal candidate has catering or hospitality management experience, superb organizational and project management

• Ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete catering process from inquiry to billing.
• Consult with customers to develop menus and coordinate logistics.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Chef Manager for event quality.
• Oversee catering setup, presentation, and service standards.
• Develop innovative menus and seasonal offerings.
• Build strong client relationships through personalized service.
• Support campus café operations when needed.
