Job summary

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of catering manager experience.
• Strong safety and sanitation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with employees regarding catering requests.
• Manage the catering team and calendars.
• Organize catering calendar and special events.
• Coordinate orders, vendor liaison, and materials for events.
• Prepare catering packets and event briefs.
• Schedule setup, delivery, and pick-up for catering.
