Job summary

Doka USA is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth in the NorCal Bay Area, developing and maintaining strong client relationships in the formwork and shoring sector. You will identify new business opportunities and coordinate with the sales, engineering, operations and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Base compensation ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 annually, plus a performance-based commission. External candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Concrete construction experience required.
• Proven sales experience in construction or formwork industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular check-ins, provide product updates, and address concerns promptly.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the formwork industry through strategic client acquisition.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of formwork and shoring products to educate and sell to clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Create customized proposals and quotes based on client requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team, engineering, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues.
