Job summary

SFS Group USA, Inc is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in construction markets across the Pacific Northwest and NorCal. You will build and maintain key accounts, lead market engagement, and execute strategic plans to win new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years outside sales / business development experience.
• Knowledge of commercial construction processes and pricing models.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; willingness to travel 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture customer relationships to be the preferred partner.
• Represent SFS at meetings, presentations, and industry events.
• Track opportunities and convert competitive projects into wins.
• Collaborate on pricing, contracts, and adjustments with customers.
• Engage with trade organizations to expand market presence.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers as needed.
• Maintain CRM records for transparency and alignment across the business.
