Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years in sales support, account management, or customer service.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Knowledge of formwork, shoring, or scaffolding systems.
• Experience reading construction blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a portfolio of clients and maintain regular communication.
• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and provide updates.
• Collaborate with senior account managers on proposals, quotes, and timelines.
