Doka USA is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth in the NorCal Bay Area, developing and maintaining strong client relationships in the formwork and shoring sector. You will identify new business opportunities and coordinate with the sales, engineering, operations and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Base compensation ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 annually, plus a performance-based commission. External candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
As an Account Manager at Doka USA, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and relationship management. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our formwork and shoring solutions to construction professionals. This Account Manager will report to our Farwest Branch Manager and will manage and develop the NorCal market, with a focus on the Bay Area territory.
In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, Doka USA Ltd. is committed to providing a clear and equitable compensation structure. The base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $75,000 annually, which is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
This role offers a performance‑based commission structure, allowing employees to earn based on their individual sales achievements. While commission earnings will vary depending on market conditions and personal performance, please note the total amount of commission earned is not guaranteed and solely depends on the employee’s ability to generate sales, secure contracts, and meet performance targets.
