ServiceMaster Elite in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our commercial cleaning services. You will generate leads, meet with decision-makers, and build strong client relationships while representing the brand.

The base salary ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 with uncapped potential through commissions and bonuses. You'll manage CRM activities in HubSpot, plan monthly/quarterly sales goals, and stay informed about industry trends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year outside sales experience (entry-level with strong drive will be considered).
• Experience with HubSpot or any CRM.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outreach, networking, research, and cold calls.
• Schedule and run meetings with decision-makers.
• Build strong relationships and represent our brand professionally.
• Present solutions and negotiate service agreements.
• Scope projects and prepare estimates.
• Maintain accounts and perform customer service/quality checks.
• Track activities and pipeline in our CRM (HubSpot).
• Plan and forecast monthly/quarterly sales goals.
• Stay aware of industry trends and competitor activity.
