Bath Experts in Cincinnati is seeking an Install Assistant to learn on the job alongside veteran installers. You will assist with setup, demolition, cleanup, and the installation of our bath and shower systems while benefiting from paid training and full tool provision.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow in the home improvement industry.
• Experience in construction or remodeling is preferred.
• Ability to measure accurately with basic tools (tape measure, level).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift/move items weighing over 50 lbs safely.
• Experience using power tools as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations.
• Support daily job tasks including setup, demolition, cleanup, loading/unloading work truck, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and preparing the space for the install.
• Learn and develop hands-on trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction.
• Help keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary equipment and materials.
• Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a 5-star experience.
