Bath Experts in Indianapolis seeks an Install Assistant to support lead installers in bath and shower installations. You will assist with setup, demolition, cleanup, measurements, and material prep while learning carpentry and plumbing skills on the job.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, or renovation is preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure using basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations.
• Support daily tasks including set up, demolition, clean up, loading/unloading, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and space preparation.
• Learn hands‑on trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction.
• Help keep the company truck organized and stocked with equipment and materials.
• Participate in team meetings and hands‑on training sessions.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a 5‑star experience.
