Job summary

Bath Experts is seeking an Install Assistant to learn and support bath and shower installations while working with veteran installers. We provide paid training, all tools and PPE, and a clear path to becoming an installer based on performance.

The role offers full-time W2 employment with a comprehensive benefits package, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding company backed by leading brands in the bath remodeling industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling preferred.
• Ability to measure accurately with basic tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations.
• Support daily job tasks including set up, demolition, clean up, loading/unloading work truck, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and preparing the space for the install.
• Learn and develop hands-on trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction.
• Help keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary equipment and materials.
• Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a 5-star experience.
