Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking an Install Assistant to learn on the job with veteran installers, assisting with setup, demolition, cleanup, and the installation of bath and shower systems.

We provide paid training, all tools, PPE, and opportunities to advance to installer based on performance. This full-time role includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong desire to learn a skilled trade.
• Experience in construction or remodeling is preferred.
• Ability to measure accurately with basic tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations.
• Support daily tasks including setup, demolition, clean up, and material handling.
• Learn carpentry, plumbing, and construction trade skills.
• Keep truck clean and stocked with equipment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Deliver high-level customer service to ensure a 5-star experience.
