Bath & Cabinet Experts seeks an Install Assistant to support veteran installers in bath and shower installations. You will learn hands-on trade skills and gain long-term career growth in a top Midwest home remodeling company.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow in the home improvement industry.
• Relevant experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, renovation, etc. is preferred
• Ability to accurately measure using basic tools (tape measure, level, etc)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations.
• Support daily job tasks including setup, demolition, clean up, loading/unloading work truck, measuring and cutting materials.
• Learn and develop hands‑on trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction.
• Help keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary equipment and materials.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a 5-star experience
