Job summary

Bath Experts is seeking an Install Assistant to learn skilled trades while supporting lead installers on bath and shower installations. You will receive paid on-the-job training, tools and PPE, and start building a career with a growing company backed by a strong Midwest presence.

As part of the team, you will assist with setup, demolition, measuring, cutting, and space prep, while delivering a 5-star customer experience.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow in the home improvement industry.
• Relevant experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, renovation, etc. is preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure using basic tools (tape measure, level, etc)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to routinely and safely lift/move items weighing over 50lbs
• Ability to use power tools as necessary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations
• Support daily job tasks including set up, demolition, clean up, loading/ unloading work truck, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and preparing the space for the install
• Learn and develop hands-on trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction
• Help keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary equipment and materials
• Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions
• Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a 5-star experience
