You’ll support lead installers with bath and shower installations, assist with setup, demolition, cleanup, measuring, and preparing spaces. This role builds hands-on carpentry, plumbing, and construction skills while delivering a 5‑star

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Desire to learn a skilled trade and grow in home improvement.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, or renovation preferred.
• Ability to measure accurately with basic tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/move items weighing over 50 lbs.
• Ability to use power tools as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations.
• Set up, demolition, clean up, and measuring materials.
• Learn carpentry, plumbing, and construction hands-on skills.
• Maintain the company truck inventory and cleanliness.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience.
