Bath Experts is seeking an Install Assistant to support lead installers in bath and shower installations with on-the-job training and all necessary tools supplied. The role focuses on setup, demolition, cleanup, measuring, and material handling while learning carpentry and plumbing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling or renovation preferred.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop hands-on trade skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations.
• Support daily tasks: setup, demolition, cleanup, loading/unloading, measuring and cutting materials, framing, space preparation.
• Learn carpentry, plumbing, and general construction skills.
• Keep the company truck tidy and stocked with needed equipment.
• Participate in trainings and team meetings.
• Provide high-quality customer service for a 5-star experience.
