Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn a skilled trade in home improvement.
• Experience in construction/remodeling is a plus.
• Ability to measure with basic tools (tape measure, level).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations.
• Support setup, demolition, cleanup, and material handling.
• Learn carpentry, plumbing, and construction skills hands-on.
• Keep truck organized and stocked with equipment.
• Participate in team trainings and meetings.
• Deliver high level of customer service to ensure a 5-star experience.
