Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts in Cincinnati, OH seeks an Install Assistant to support lead installers in bath and shower installations and on-site tasks. You will learn carpentry, plumbing and construction skills through hands-on training, with paid on-the-job development.

Qualifications

Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow in the home improvement industry.
Relevant experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, renovation, etc. is preferred.
Ability to accurately measure using basic tools (tape measure, level, etc).

Responsibilities

Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations.
Support daily job tasks including set up, demolition, clean up, loading/ unloading work truck, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and preparing the space for the install.
Learn and develop hands-on trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction.
Help keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary equipment and materials.
Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions.
Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a 5-star experience.
