Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking an Install Assistant to join Cincinnati’s #3 Top Workplace. You will support veteran installers with bath/shower installations, set up, demolition, cleanup, and material handling, learning carpentry, plumbing, and construction along the way.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs and use basic hand tools.
• Willing to learn on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installer with bath and shower installations.
• Support setup, demolition, cleanup, loading/unloading, measuring and cutting materials.
• Learn carpentry, plumbing, and construction trades.
• Keep company truck organized and stocked with equipment and materials.
• Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions.
• Deliver a high level of customer service for a 5-star experience.
