Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow in the home improvement industry.
• Relevant experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling or renovation preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure using basic tools (tape measure, level).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to routinely and safely lift/move items weighing over 50lbs.
• Ability to use power tools as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations.
• Support daily tasks: setup, demolition, cleanup, loading/unloading the work truck, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and space prep for install.
• Learn and develop hands-on trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction.
• Keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with equipment and materials.
• Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions.
• Deliver high-quality customer service for a 5-star experience.
