Bath & Cabinet Experts in Cincinnati is seeking an Install Assistant to learn and support bath and shower installations. You will work with veteran installers, receive paid on-the-job training, and access provided tools and PPE while growing your trade skills.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow in the home improvement industry.
• Relevant experience in construction or remodeling is preferred.
• Ability to measure using basic tools (tape measure, level).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/move items over 50lbs safely.
• Ability to use power tools as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations.
• Support setup, demolition, clean up, and material handling for installs.
• Learn carpentry, plumbing, and construction trade skills.
• Keep company truck organized and stocked with equipment.
• Participate in team trainings and meetings.
• Deliver high level customer service to ensure a 5-star experience.
