Bath & Cabinets Experts Cincinnati is seeking an Install Assistant to support lead installers with bath and shower installations. You will gain hands-on trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction while handling setup, demolition, cleanup, and material prep.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling or renovation preferred.
• Ability to lift/move items weighing over 50 lbs and use basic measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installer with bath and shower installations.
• Set up, demolition, cleanup, and material handling for installs.
• Learn carpentry, plumbing and construction hands-on skills.
• Keep truck organized and participate in training sessions.
• Deliver high level of customer service for a 5-star experience.
