Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking an Install Assistant to support experienced installers in bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects in the Cincinnati market. You’ll learn on-the-job, receive training, and gain hands-on carpentry and plumbing exposure as you contribute to quality installs.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn a skilled trade in home improvement.
• Experience in construction or remodeling preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/move items over 50lbs.
• Proficient use of basic hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations.
• Support daily job tasks including set up, demolition, clean up, loading/unloading work truck, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and preparing the space for the install.
• Learn and develop hands-on trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction.
• Help keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary equipment and materials.
• Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a 5-star experience.
