Job summary

MSI Express, INC is seeking a BatchER to blend products to exact customer and plant standards and deliver batch to fillers. You will ensure GMP and lot control, and maintain compliance with quality requirements.

The role requires coordinating ingredients and equipment to keep the production line running, applying expertise with batching room and thermal units, and reporting deviations to leadership. Safety and quality focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions and posted warnings.
• Able to load/unload, lift/move equipment/product up to 50 pounds.
• Must have OSHA Powered Industrial Equipment training and pass tests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product meets approved recipe and GMP standards for quality.
• Coordinate staging of ingredients and equipment to keep line supplied.
• Operate batching room and thermal units within equipment limits.
• Understand quality requirements of products and materials used.
• Make adjustments to equipment per formula standards as needed.
• Maintain clean/bathroom area and wash down batching room and staging areas.
