Job summary

MSI Express, INC. seeks a skilled Batcher to blend products to exact customer and plant standards and deliver finished goods to fillers. The role requires strong GMP, lot control, and safety practices while maintaining line readiness and accurate production records.

You will coordinate ingredient staging, monitor line speeds, and report deviations to supervision. This is a full-time on-site role in Wisconsin with opportunity to contribute to quality and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions/posted warning signs.
• Have eye, hand and foot coordination to operate equipment and tools.
• Ability to load/unload, lift/move product up to 50 pounds.
• Complete OSHA Powered Industrial Equipment training and pass tests.

Responsibilities

• Blend product according to approved recipe and GMPs.
• Coordinate ingredient staging and ensure line is supplied to avoid stoppages.
• Maintain batching room and thermal unit, keep area clean and free of debris.
• Log downtime and production data (lot number, line speeds) per customer/QA requirements.
• Report deviations to line lead or supervisor immediately.
• Follow company safety and food safety/quality policies and perform related duties.
