Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. is seeking a Batcher to blend product to exact customer specs and deliver to fillers. The role requires adherence to GMP, recipe accuracy, and strict lot control. You will coordinate ingredient staging, maintain equipment, and log production data to ensure consistent quality.

The successful candidate will handle equipment adjustments, perform routine cleaning, and communicate issues to the shift supervisor to minimize downtime. Safety and quality are paramount.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime and maintain schedule adherence.
• Follow work procedures and safety rules at all times.
• Read, understand and follow directions and posted warnings.
• Good eye/hand/foot coordination for equipment use.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and load/unload materials.
• Complete OSHA powered industrial equipment training and tests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product is batch-produced per approved recipe and GMP standards.
• Coordinate staging of ingredients to keep line supplied and prevent stoppages.
• Maintain and troubleshoot batching room equipment and thermal units.
• Understand product quality requirements and logging batch data.
• Report deviations and document downtime and line performance.
• Perform clean-in-place duties as required and support maintenance when needed.
