Qualifications

• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

• Ability to load/unload, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure batch product matches approved recipe using GMP and lot control.
• Coordinate staging of ingredients and equipment to avoid line stoppage.
• Maintain batching room and thermal unit areas clean and free of debris.
• Log downtime and production data; report deviations to supervisor.
• Support line maintenance with setups and troubleshooting as needed.
