Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. seeks a Batcher to blend product precisely to customer and plant standards, then deliver to fillers. The role requires adherence to GMP, quality controls, and proper lot tracking.

Candidates will coordinate staging and operation of batching equipment and ensure the line remains supplied without interruption. Responsibilities include maintaining records, reporting deviations, and assisting with maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules.
• Read, understand and follow directions and posted warnings.

Responsibilities

• Batch product according to approved recipe and GMP standards.
• Coordinate staging of ingredients and equipment to keep line supplied.
• Maintain records of product, lot numbers, line speeds and QA requirements.
• Identify and report deviations from standards to supervisor immediately.
• Keep batching area clean; assist maintenance and participate in clean-in-place tasks as directed.
