Job summary

The role requires attention to quality, ability to read specifications, and willingness to work overtime. You will keep the batching area clean and report downtime and quality issues as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions.
• Have coordination to use equipment and tools.
• Lift/move equipment/product up to 50 pounds.
• Complete OSHA powered industrial equipment training and pass tests.

Responsibilities

• Batch according to approved recipe using GMP and lot control.
• Coordinate staging of ingredients and equipment to avoid line stoppage.
• Understand and apply product quality requirements during runs.
• Adjust equipment per formula standards as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of batching area and wash down as required.
• Record downtime and line information per supervisor instructions.
• Follow company safety policies and report quality problems promptly.
