Kodiak Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a Building Automation Service Sales Representative with a BAS/DDC or HVAC automation background. The role targets former controls technicians or project managers who want higher earnings and field-to-front-office impact.

Identify customer needs, perform BAS/HVAC assessments, and craft service agreements and retrofit solutions. Build proposals, manage opportunities end-to-end, and grow existing relationships with operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in BAS/HVAC controls or automation.
• Former BAS/DDC technician preferred.
• Ability to develop estimates and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer challenges and system opportunities.
• Conduct BAS and HVAC system assessments.
• Develop service agreements, retrofit, and optimization solutions.
• Build estimates and proposals.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through close.
• Expand existing customer relationships.
• Partner with operations for project execution.
