Job summary

West Techs Chill Water Specialist is seeking a BAS Project Manager to lead commercial building automation projects from pre-bid to closeout. You will provide direction, manage schedules, costs, procurement, and field oversight.

Collaborate with managers, field teams, vendors, and customers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards while building strong client relationships and supporting future work opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing BAS or commercial construction projects.
• Proven experience negotiating change orders and presenting projects to customers.
• Strong problem-solving ability for complex, multi-discipline projects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction for assigned BAS projects.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules.
• Procure equipment and manage subcontract and equipment buyouts.
• Track job costs and forecast final project performance.
• Visit job sites regularly to inspect work and resolve issues.
• Conduct and attend project closeout meetings.
