Job summary

• 2–3 years in construction or project coordination (BAS, MEP, HVAC preferred).
• Experience supporting project execution and documentation.
• Exposure to scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
• Working knowledge of building automation, HVAC, or electrical systems.
• OSHA 30 certification required or training provided within the first week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of BAS/controls projects.
• Maintain project documentation and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field activities.
• Support budgeting, billing, and progress tracking.
• Attend project meetings and report risks/issues.
