Job summary

Carrier is seeking an Associate Field Engineer in Georgia to own end-to-end project delivery, including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of DDC systems. You will mentor junior technicians and serve as a trusted customer adviser, ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires proficiency with ALC/building automation systems and willingness to travel to project sites as priorities shift. A proactive leader with end-to-end accountability will fit right in.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid, current Driver’s License and insurability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Able to work over 8 feet and use ladders and lifts.

Responsibilities

• Turn-Key Delivery: own install, commissioning, and troubleshooting of DDC systems.
• Technical Leadership: mentor junior techs and advise customers for high-quality outcomes.
• Risk & Coordination: work with Project Managers to manage risk and ensure reliable delivery.
• Travel & Flexibility: travel as needed and adapt to shifting priorities.
