Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group in Birmingham, AL is seeking friendly servers who embody our brunch culture. Provide warm, attentive service to every guest and help create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back for more.

As a Ruby Krewe member, you’ll enjoy day-time shifts, benefits, time off, growth opportunities, and staff meals. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, handle money, and lift trays up to 25 lbs while delivering lively, guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25lbs
