Job summary

Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group in Charlotte, NC is hiring friendly servers for our brunch-centric concept. As a Ruby Krewe member, you will deliver warm, efficient service and help create an exceptional dining experience that keeps guests coming back for more.

You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, perform basic math, and operate a POS system. We offer days-only shifts, medical/dental benefits, paid time off, family meals, and opportunities for growth.

• Basic math skills and ability to handle money.

Born from a small restaurant in New Orleans’ Mid-City neighborhood, Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group has grown to operate two brands with over 20 restaurants throughout the Southeast (and still growing!). Job Summary

Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to embody that brunch life and give our guests a little lagniappe to create those raving Ruby fans!

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25lbs
