Job summary

The Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group in New Orleans is seeking friendly servers to deliver exceptional brunch service and embody the vibrant brunch culture our guests love. You’ll help guests feel welcome, take orders, and ensure accurate payment processing with a POS system.

Only candidates who thrive in a fast-paced dining room, can communicate clearly, and enjoy working days will fit this role. Brunch availability and generous team benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25lbs

Job Summary
