Job summary

The Kraft Group located at NPS - Foxborough, MA is seeking a part-time bartender to tend bar during stadium events and private functions. You will ensure compliance with stadium guidelines, welcome guests, and handle transactions with accuracy.

Open and set up the bar, prepare drinks, maintain a clean, safe environment, and assist with inventory. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar setting.
• Must meet state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.

SUMMARY

Tend bar for all stadium events and private functions ensuring compliance with stadium guidelines, policies and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open and set up bar preparing for service.
• Welcome customers and create a warm and friendly environment of hospitality for guests and co-workers
• Process transactions accurately, including credit card and Point-of-Sales system transactions.
• Prepare and serve drinks as per stadium guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements as directed by management.
• Respond to customer inquiries with a professional demeanor and elevate concerns to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Close down bar and assist with inventory.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar setting

• Outgoing, positive, engaging personality, and willing to be a team player

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to carry heavy trays, lift and move up to 50 pounds
