Job summary

The Kraft Group in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Part-Time Food Service Associate to deliver high-quality food and exceptional guest service. You will be responsible for serving meals, maintaining safety and presentation standards, and supporting event operations with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

This role requires reliability for a minimum of 6 shifts per month (plus Football games) and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant serving experience.
• Hospitality, high volume catering or full-service dining experience preferred.
• Maintain a professional image and positive demeanor at all times.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely carry trays and push or pull hot boxes, carts, speed racks, and other equipment as required to support service needs.

• Assist with all event preparation and close-out protocols as assigned.
• Create a warm and friendly environment of hospitality towards guests and co-workers.
• Commit to a minimum of 6 shifts per month in addition to Football games.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing the highest quality of food and customer service to our guests.
