Job summary

Salish Lodge & Spa is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver inspired drink experiences to guests. You will maintain beverage knowledge, present drinks attractively, and ensure bar equipment operates smoothly in a high hospitality standard environment.

The role requires a Year of related experience, liquor knowledge, and valid food handling/mixologist permits. Perks include competitive pay and benefits with Columbia Hospitality offerings.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related education, training, and/or experience.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
• Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and menu changes.
• Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks with attractive presentation.
• Operate bar equipment properly.
• Stock and maintain bar per established procedures.
