Job summary

Copperleaf Restaurant at Cedarbrook Lodge in Seattle seeks a personable Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver memorable experiences. You will mix and serve drinks, operate bar equipment, and ensure compliance with liquor laws and cash handling procedures.

A State Food Handler’s License and Mixologist Permit are required; prior hospitality experience is preferred. Join a values-driven team focused on exceptional guest service.

We are currently hiring a Bartender to create connections while crafting cocktails. You are responsible for preparing and serving inspired drinks while delivering distinctive experiences for guests. What Success Looks Like:

Your Impact

• At least one year of related education, training and/or experience.
• Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system.
• Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment.
• Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations.
• Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures.
• Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required
