Job summary

Columbia Hospitality's Salish Lodge & Spa in Snoqualmie, WA is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver inspired experiences for guests. You will mix drinks, present beverages attractively, handle bar operations, and maintain a well-stocked, clean bar with friendly service.

Qualifications

At least one year of related education, training, and/or experience.
Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system.
Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
Knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations.
Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required

Responsibilities

Maintains current knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menu changes.
Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
Ensure attractive and consistent presentation of food and beverage.
Demonstrate proper operation of all bar equipment.
Responsible for stocking and maintaining bar in accordance with established procedures.
Process guest payments using proper accounting and cash handling procedures.
Keeps area clean and organized
