Job summary

Columbia Hospitality's Salish Lodge & Spa in Snoqualmie, WA is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver inspired experiences for guests. You will mix drinks, present beverages attractively, handle bar operations, and maintain a well-stocked, clean bar with friendly service.

• Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations.
• Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required

• Maintains current knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menu changes.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Ensure attractive and consistent presentation of food and beverage.
• Demonstrate proper operation of all bar equipment.
• Responsible for stocking and maintaining bar in accordance with established procedures.
• Process guest payments using proper accounting and cash handling procedures.
• Keeps area clean and organized
