The Lodge at Columbia Point in Richland, WA is seeking a Seasonal Lead Bartender who crafts cocktails and delivers exceptional guest experiences in a lively, well-maintained bar setting.

You bring 2+ years of bartending and leadership experience, knowledge of spirits and mixology, and strong communication skills to motivate the team and provide outstanding service. This role offers growth opportunities within Columbia Hospitality’s global venues.

Qualifications

• Two+ years bartending experience or related training.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology techniques.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in English and comply with liquor laws.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails with a focus on guest experience.
• Maintain an inviting, well–presented bar atmosphere.
• Lead and assist team members as needed.
• Operate bar equipment safely and efficiently.
• Comply with all liquor laws and cash handling procedures.
