You will craft cocktails, assist guests, and deliver memorable experiences in a polished setting. The position requires knowledge of bar equipment and liquor laws, and a current food handler license.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related education, training and/or experience.
• Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized POS system.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Knowledge of the operation of all bar equipment.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
• Cash handling procedures knowledge.
• Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages.
• Provide guests with exceptional beverage experiences.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming bar area.
• Follow all liquor laws and safety procedures.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
