Job summary

People Technology And Processes is seeking an experienced individual for facility management at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. This role involves managing barracks daily operations and ensuring a safe living environment for residents.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in lodging administration and be adept at customer service and logistical management. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing supplies, and coordinating maintenance efforts.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years’ experience in general office, facilities, or lodging administration.
• Experience managing, tracking, and ordering logistical and office supplies.
• Demonstrated experience with facility key security programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate facility maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall management of the barracks facility.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures for residents.
• Maintain an accurate berthing matrix and personnel tracking system.
• Serve as the point of contact for resident customer service.
• Operate and maintain the barracks key security program.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and issues.
• Conduct inspections of barracks rooms and common areas.
• Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies.
• Support official command functions and events as needed.
• Create and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
