People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Barracks Manager at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. The role oversees daily barracks operations, resident check-in/out, room assignments, linens, and enforcing facility rules.

You will maintain berthing and personnel tracking, manage key security programs, and coordinate with NAVFAC/SSC for maintenance and safety inspections. Evening/weekend support may be required to support events and arrivals.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years’ experience in general office, facilities, or lodging administration; experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience managing, tracking, and ordering logistical and office supplies for a facility.
• Experience with facility key security programs, including programming and maintaining electronic key card systems.
• Ability to coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and trouble calls with maintenance departments or external agencies.

Aufgaben

• Assist with overall management and daily operations of the barracks to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly living environment.
• Manage resident check-in/check-out, room assignments, linens, and briefing residents on rules and amenities.
• Maintain berthing matrix and personnel tracking for residents.
• Serve as primary contact for resident customer service and lodging issues; address maintenance requests promptly.
• Coordinate with NAVFAC/SSC to report and track maintenance and repairs for timely completion.
